Take the Lincoln Street exit:

• Go to the 2nd light and turn left on 2nd Avenue.
• Go one block to Monroe Street, turn left.  You will go under the freeway and up a hill.
• Turn left on 5th Avenue; go to the stop sign (one block).
• Go straight about another ½ block and you will see Deaconess Medical Building on the right side.  Go to the end of the building and you will see a sign that says "Deaconess Medical Building Parking".
• Turn right into the parking lot (bring your ticket to us: we validate parking).

Take the Lincoln Street exit:

• Drive parallel to the freeway until coming to Monroe Street.
• Turn right at Monroe Street (be careful not to turn quick, you could get back onto the freeway).
• Turn left on 5th Avenue and go to the stop sign, about ½ block and you will see Deaconess Medical Building on the right.
• Turn right into the Deaconess Medical Parking (bring your ticket to the office, we validate parking).

• Take the elevator up to the 3rd floor.
• Take a left down the hallway to the next set of elevators.
• Go up to the 6th floor.
• We are right off the elevator in Suite 619.
